Your help center should look like your brand, not a generic template. The Customization page in Settings lets you adjust the visual details, with a live preview so you can see each change before it goes live.
What you can customize
Colors – set your brand color so buttons, links, and highlights match your identity.
Fonts – choose the typefaces used for headings and body text.
Header – your logo, a link back to your main site or app, and header navigation links.
Hero section – the headline, supporting copy, and background shown at the top of your help center homepage.
Footer – whether to show an "Alps" attribution link and an optional contact-us card.
Announcement banner – a dismissible banner for temporary messages, like planned downtime or a new feature.
Showing the chat widget on your help center
You can choose whether your chat widget also appears on your public help center, so visitors who don't find their answer in an article can start a conversation with your team without leaving the page.
Previewing changes
Every change you make updates the live preview immediately, so you can fine-tune colors and copy before publishing rather than guessing how it will look.
