Managing your contacts just got quicker and clearer.

• Quick-view drawer - click any contact to see their full profile in a slide-out panel instead of leaving the page, so you never lose your place in a long list.

• Filter by Stage - switch between a table view and a Kanban-style board grouped by lifecycle stage, so you can see exactly where every contact stands at a glance.

• Duplicate detection - we now flag possible duplicate contacts automatically, and you can merge or dismiss them in a couple of clicks.

• Custom properties & lifecycle stages - configure your own contact properties and lifecycle stages from Settings → Contacts, tailored to how your team works.

Callout blocks in the article editor just got more useful.

• You can now add an optional call-to-action button to any callout - link to a related article, an external resource, or anywhere else your readers need to go next.

• Buttons automatically match your Help Center's brand color, and render as a small, real button - not just a plain underlined link.

• Icons and titles on callouts now always render correctly on your published articles.
