An AI agent is only as good as what it's trained on. Alps lets you control exactly what knowledge it draws from, so its answers stay accurate to your actual product and policies.
Sources it can learn from
Your knowledge base – toggle this on and the AI can draw on your published help center articles directly.
Q&A pairs – write specific question-and-answer pairs for things not already covered in an article.
Uploaded documents – bring in existing PDFs or documents your team already has.
Crawled websites – point the AI at a website and let it learn from the pages there.
Where to configure it
Open Settings, then Alps AI, and go to the Train tab. You can enable or disable each source independently, so you stay in control of exactly what the AI is allowed to learn from.
Keeping it accurate
Since the AI can draw directly from your knowledge base, keeping your articles accurate and up to date is one of the most effective ways to keep its answers accurate too.
