Your workspace is the home for everything in Alps: your Inbox, contacts, knowledge base, and team. A few basic settings shape how it looks and behaves for everyone in it.
Basic details
Open Settings, then General, to set your workspace name, avatar, and timezone. The timezone you set here affects how times are displayed and how features like business hours and SLAs are calculated.
Deleting a workspace
Deleting a workspace is permanent and removes everything in it: conversations, contacts, articles, and settings. This isn't something to do lightly, and there's no way to recover a deleted workspace afterward.

Double-check you're deleting the right workspace, and that you actually want to lose everything in it, before confirming. This action cannot be undone.
