"Step: route_to_inbox"? Test again: Send "google" as the company name. Does it now route to the inbox as expected? If the settings are disappearing after refresh, that means the nextStepId changes aren't being persisted to Firestore. That would be a save bug, not an evaluation bug. Can you test those three things and let me know what happens? Especially — after you refresh, is the ELSE still set to route_to_inbox, or did it reset?
