Forms allow your users to send you feedback directly from the help center. Alps supports:

  • Feature Requests: Users can suggest new ideas or improvements.
  • Questions: Let users ask for help or clarification.

Admins can:

  • View submissions
  • Mark them as resolved
  • Respond via email (email response will not appear publicly)

This helps you centralize user input and stay on top of product feedback.
