Folders help you group related articles together for better structure and discoverability. Here’s how to use folders:

  1. Go to the Articles tab and click "Create Folder".
  1. Enter a title and description to help users understand the content in the folder.
  1. Add a cover image by uploading a file or inserting a link.
We recommend images at least 1400px wide and 850px tall for optimal display.
  1. Inside a folder, you can:
  1. Create new articles directly
  1. Connect existing articles
  1. Folder visibility:
  1. Draft: Only visible to admins
  1. Published: Publicly available
