Building a guide
Create a playlist and add the video content that walks through your task. Guides work well for anything that's awkward to describe purely in text, a multi-step setup process, or a feature with a lot of visual detail.
Publishing and archiving
Like articles, a guide has draft and published states, so you can build and review it before it's visible to customers, and archive it later if it becomes outdated.
Where to find it
Guides isn't in the main sidebar yet. Reach it by going to /guides in your Alps workspace, and consider bookmarking it if your team creates guides regularly.
